Pre-orders

All pre-orders will be sent upon receipt of the goods. The deadlines are clearly indicated in the confirmation email received when ordering on the site.

All orders are to be paid through PayPal for customers residing outside of Switzerland. Payments are made in advance, therefore, aero-tech will keep you informed about the status of the shipment of goods through the dedicated support forum but also in the news page on www.aero-tech.ch.

For customers residing in Switzerland, the payment may be made by postal transfer. However, each pre-order should be settled within 5 days. No exceptions are possible and Aero-tech.ch will automatically erase all orders not paid on time.

We invite you to contact us anytime, we are always available to answer you and keep you informed of the status of the pre-orders and delivery times. The pre-orders are all subject to significant discounts, hence the interest of them and will be final once they are settled in their entirety.

All other conditions posted on aero-tech.ch relates to the purchase of products on our site will also apply, except those concerning the delivery time for pre-orders mentionned above.

General Terms

1. Terms
For all purchases made on www.aero-tech.ch, Aero-tech.ch assumes that the customer accepts fully and without reservation the general conditions of sale.
Aero-tech.ch reserves the right to modify and adapt the terms.
In the event of changes in the terms, those at the date of the order will be enforced.
Upon confirmation of your order on www.aero-tech.ch, whether paid or not, you also officially confirm having read and approved all these terms without reserve.
2. Payments and methods

2. Payment by bank transfer: (Not available for pre-order - please contact us if you would like to proceed your payment by bank transfer)
Upon receipt of your order with payment method by bank transfer, you have 5 days to complete the transaction by the total amount due. After that time, Aero-tech.ch reserves the right to cancel your order without notice. It is the customer to make the request for an extension of the deadline for payment that Aero-tech.ch be right to accept or reject.
All payments made by bank transfer shall be borne by the buyer. All costs of bank transfer (bank to bank) shall be borne by the buyer.
Any payment by bank transfer order that has been decreased by the bank charges made to the beneficiary (Aero-tech.ch) will be considered as partially paid, and Aero-tech.ch reserves the right to wait until receiving the full amount of the order.
Upon receipt of the full amount due, Aero-tech.ch processes the order as soon as possible and under the terms of delivery, below.

3. Payment by PayPal:
Any order with the PayPal payment method is considered official and final and can not be canceled. Please refer to section 5 for the rights of withdrawal.
Paypal payments are made in Swiss Francs (CHF)
3. Delivery and delivery time
Upon receipt of your order, we check the status of the stock in order to process your order as soon as possible.
ALL products on the site www.aero-tech.ch are in stock, unless notified online (in your cart before confirming the order) that the selected product may be out of stock.
Note: If a product is shown as being out of stock, please contact us without hesitation, for most of our products, restocking can be done in less than 10 days!
No orders will be sent if the full payment is not received by Aero-tech.ch.
Aero-tech.ch fully discharges its obligation of delivery in cases of force majeure like wars, natural disasters, riots, fire, strikes and inability to supply the manufacturer.
Orders with out of stock products will be sent in the following and only if the total order is paid by the buyer:
A. The products in stock are sent as soon as 3 to 7 days after receiving the full amount of the order.
B. Upon receipt of all products out of stock, they will be sent as quickly as possible without additional cost of delivery.
As soon as the goods are deposited at the post office, Aero-tech.ch fully discharges any delay in delivery.
All goods travel at the risk of the buyer. Upon filing the post office, the goods become the property of the buyer.

IMPORTANT
The buyer’s obligation is to control the entire contents of the package in order to identify any damage caused by transportation.
In case of damage, the buyer is entitled to reject the package in its entirety only. In case of refusal to accept the package, the entire content must be refused and not partially. In case of refusal of the package, if the order was returned incomplete and that certain goods are missing in the contents of the package, Aero-tech.ch would treat the order as delivered successfully. The buyer will have to recover their goods on its own or accept the additional shipping costs 10% for the second firm and definitive shipping.
In the case, there is a product missing in the content of the order, the buyer must inform Aero-tech.ch immediately upon receipt of the package - The customer must also reject the package in its entirety and will be returned to Aero-tech.ch by the carrier. All orders include a checklist of the order which will be marked as added to the product content of the package. Controlling the content of the package back to the client on receipt of the order if the customer comes to see that a product is missing after the receipt and acceptance of the package, Aero-tech.ch is not in the obligation to replace the product concerned.

4. Return of goods.
No returns will be accepted without the prior approval of Aero-Tech.
In case of an accepted return by Aero-tech.ch, the customer must clearly indicate the invoice number for the returned order and communicate to Aeo-tech.ch by regular mail and attach a photocopy of the official invoice.
Aero-tech.ch listening to the customer, we also invite you to send us the reasons of return and your assessment of the return process.

5. Warranty
All products sold by Aero-tech.ch are guaranteed under the conditions of use set by the manufacturers.
Aero-tech.ch can not be held responsible in case of breakage of your hardware during the practice or any other way whatsoever.
Aero-tech.ch has no obligation to repair, partial or total products ordered on www.aero-tech.ch.
For any returns, after acceptance of Aero-tech.ch under Article 4, materials / products defaulting shipping in full are at the customers declaration of conformity to the use that will be established by the manufacturer in which case all the charges will be refunded to the customer without delay.
In all cases, the customer must join (x) product (s) returned (s) a copy of the original invoice, the guarantee of the product and the right of return.
There is no coverage in the event of non-conformity use with the guidelines and conditions of use set by the manufacturer or following a lack of use or other event beyond the control of the user and the product involve as for example an accident, a shock, a fluctuation of power or lightning.
For all products under brands, returns should be sent directly to the manufacturer while informing Aero-tech.ch beforehand.
If equipment is not recognized with default, the builder / manufacturer will prepare an estimate of repair.

6. Responsibility to use LIPO, LIION, NIMH, NICD batteries
Aero-tech.ch disclaims any liability for the use of batteries above.
The customer is considered as individual and fully responsible for his actions on any use of such products. Any damage / injury resulting from the use of these batteries is fully charged to the customer.
