Pre-orders

All pre-orders will be sent upon receipt of the goods. The deadlines are clearly indicated in the confirmation email received when ordering on the site.

All orders are to be paid through PayPal for customers residing outside of Switzerland. Payments are made in advance, therefore, aero-tech will keep you informed about the status of the shipment of goods through the dedicated support forum but also in the news page on www.aero-tech.ch.

For customers residing in Switzerland, the payment may be made by postal transfer. However, each pre-order should be settled within 5 days. No exceptions are possible and Aero-tech.ch will automatically erase all orders not paid on time.

We invite you to contact us anytime, we are always available to answer you and keep you informed of the status of the pre-orders and delivery times. The pre-orders are all subject to significant discounts, hence the interest of them and will be final once they are settled in their entirety.

All other conditions posted on aero-tech.ch relates to the purchase of products on our site will also apply, except those concerning the delivery time for pre-orders mentionned above.

Delivery and delivery time
Upon receipt of your order, we check the status of the stock in order to process your order as soon as possible.
ALL products on the site www.aero-tech.ch are in stock, unless notified online (in your cart before confirming the order) that the selected product may be out of stock.
Note: If a product is shown as being out of stock, please contact us without hesitation, for most of our products, restocking can be done in less than 10 days!
No orders will be sent if the full payment is not received by Aero-tech.ch.
Aero-tech.ch fully discharges its obligation of delivery in cases of force majeure like wars, natural disasters, riots, fire, strikes and inability to supply the manufacturer.
Orders with out of stock products will be sent in the following and only if the total order is paid by the buyer:
A. The products in stock are sent as soon as 3 to 7 days after receiving the full amount of the order.
B. Upon receipt of all products out of stock, they will be sent as quickly as possible without additional cost of delivery.
As soon as the goods are deposited at the post office, Aero-tech.ch fully discharges any delay in delivery.
All goods travel at the risk of the buyer. Upon filing the post office, the goods become the property of the buyer.
IMPORTANT
The buyer’s obligation is to control the entire contents of the package in order to identify any damage caused by transportation.
In case of damage, the buyer is entitled to reject the package in its entirety only. In case of refusal to accept the package, the entire content must be refused and not partially. In case of refusal of the package, if the order was returned incomplete and that certain goods are missing in the contents of the package, Aero-tech.ch would treat the order as delivered successfully. The buyer will have to recover their goods on its own or accept the additional shipping costs 10% for the second firm and definitive shipping.
In the case, there is a product missing in the content of the order, the buyer must inform Aero-tech.ch immediately upon receipt of the package - The customer must also reject the package in its entirety and will be returned to Aero-tech.ch by the carrier. All orders include a checklist of the order which will be marked as added to the product content of the package. Controlling the content of the package back to the client on receipt of the order if the customer comes to see that a product is missing after the receipt and acceptance of the package, Aero-tech.ch is not in the obligation to replace the product concerned.
